Grass fed, grain free, organic, veggie juices…that’s what we have done for years.
But…obviously, it takes more than all that to get and stay healthy. And, let’s be honest, would my husband and I really be here needing to lose all this weight if we really knew what we were doing? I gained 30 pounds in 5 months during Covid on all my beautiful whole organic foods. 🤦🏻♀️
I am SO glad we were open to trying something different and am incredibly grateful now for the fueling TOOLS my program offers to help support and protect us during our weight loss phase. We definitely would have derailed had we been left to our own willpower.
We are also grateful for the education and community we have through our coach team, online Facebook groups and weekly calls to help propel us past the weight loss phase into the next. Now we know how to use those beautiful Whole Foods we AND Dr Andersen, the author of our guide book, The Habits of Health Transformation System, believe in, we have skills and tools for mental and emotional health, healthy motion, healthy sleep and the skills to adopt ANY habit that is important to us. This company is a gem❤️. Jump in now. There will never be a better time than NOW to choose YOU!
A recent Tuesday night call was great. Ask if you are interested in listening!!
