I'm Right Here

I’ve spoken these words instinctively to my children many times...and watched them sink into slumber feeling safe and loved.

I've heard these words from and spoken them to my friends many times...and felt myself, and them, utter a sigh of relief at the verified bond of trust between us that signifies having one another’s back “no matter what”.

.... I’ve had to master learning to say these words to myself...and practice delivering the ultimate form of “giving Space & Grace”.

Learning how to be the first one to SHOW UP for me was a novel idea...until I realized that this too...was part of “taking 100% radical responsibility” for every aspect of my life. Not a victim of circumstances. Not in an endless spiral of reacting and coping. Not going in circles. I choose my path. I choose how I will respond to What's Next.

As I learn and grow, I want to be able to share with others the hope I have found, the blessings God has allowed, the wisdom I have come by. If what I share resonates with even one person, it is worth it.

I am passionate about finding purpose on this planet, through my music AND through my life journey. I am passionate about being healthy, inside and out. Being healthy has a ripple affect touching everything in my life. I am proud, now, that part of my identity is putting my health first and sharing that with others.
