Lifewave Patches, my story

I shared quite a bit in this post about how I was introduced to patching, so I won’t repeat all that in this blog session, but I will share what has changed for me and my loved ones and will update this post (I think I can come back and edit?) in real time.

We started patching Monday October 7, 2024.

Which ones did we use first?

My first patches were X39&X49 and Aeon. I also had energy endurance and icewave for hard workout days.

Bryan started out with only X39 and Aeon, and same for Lauren.

After researching what all the patches did, we knew we needed the carnosine and glutathione for brain and detoxing and the sp6 for hormones and alavida for skin. I think the only patch we didn’t end up purchasing was the sleep patch.

How we felt the first few days:

The first 4 days on the patches felt kinda weird. (X39, X49 and Aeon) I was nauseous and emotional within 5 minutes. The next morning, I woke up with extra aches and pains. This lasted 5 days. On Friday, I added carnosine. The nausea had subsided. I was noticing the aches getting better and my eyesight was significantly improved at work compared to the rest of the week.

Bryan felt the extra aches and pains too, but not nauseous. Lauren also felt nauseous. Bryan had complained about his back hurting since April this year. By day 10, he was saying his back wasn’t hurting. His sleep was also getting a lot longer and deeper. Lauren’s biggest concern is her skin, and we are all noticing improvements there within only a week!

Alavida is the patch for skin, but not just external skin. The internal is helped too, including and especially the digestive tract, gut lining. I’ve had such horrors with digestion since I was a little girl. It’s helping me! Things are normalizing down there when they’ve been stuck for a few months!! Sp6 is for hormones and food cravings. I was able to halt my hot flashes using wild yam cream, thankfully, in August. Since patching, I have not used the cream as I wanted to test. So far, no hot flashes.

Fitness:

I wear the energy endurance, carnosine and maybe icewave (on the knees especially) on my hard and long runs, so 3 times a week or so. Each time I wear them, I seem to PR on the run I’m assigned. I PR’d my half marathon on October 20th by 4 minutes (ZERO PAIN!! -except my bunions starting at mile 10…forgot to patch them with the icewave!!) even though I couldn’t stick to my plan and how I had trained because of the crowded course. My recovery has gone splendidly. No issues with stairs and right back into running. Have not needed an icewave once. My strength workouts are feeling powerful and easier and easier, meaning I have to up the ante each time.

My sleep has been better too! The pinched nerve issues and arms falling/staying asleep are almost just a memory. Playing feels normal and GOOD! My Hashimoto’s, Epstein Barre and hormone issues are not presenting. I’m feeling GOOD! Almost as if I had made up all the things I wrote in my last blog posts!!

Recommendations and detox:

It is recommended that people start slow with the patches because the healing process requires the body to get rid of waste. That’s called detoxing. Not very pleasant!

To start:

I recommend X39, Aeon and maybe icewave if there’s a specific place of pain.

Aeon helps with inflammation, icewave for direct pain relief and X39 to heal the reason for the inflammation and pain. Add the others to your arsenal as you go.

I am currently signed up as a preferred customer, but am considering becoming a brand partner since I can’t stop talking about them!!

MUST DO:

It’s essential to move the body (need mitochondria to send all the messages), get enough water and electrolytes for the patches to work. Also important not to skip. Wear most of the patches 12 on, 12 hours off. Replace with a new patch the next application.
